1. General Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if:

2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
🚫 Non-refundable: Digital items, such as downloadable content, subscriptions, and memberships, cannot be refunded once accessed or used.
✔ If technical issues prevent access, contact support for assistance.
3. Merchandise & Physical Products
✔ Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
✔ Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Event Tickets & Registrations
🚫 No refunds unless:
✔ The event is canceled with no rescheduled date.
✔ A major change in event details makes participation unreasonable.
✔ Transfers & Credits: If unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket or request credit for future events (subject to approval).
5. Partner & Affiliate Purchases
✔ Purchases made through PIX3LS partners and affiliates are subject to their refund & cancellation policies.
✔ Refund or dispute requests for third-party purchases must be handled directly with the vendor.
6. Cancellation Policy
✔ Subscriptions & Memberships: You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.
✔ Pre-orders: Can be canceled before shipping or product release, but may incur a processing fee.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

🚨 Chargebacks without contacting PIX3LS support first may result in a ban from future purchases and services.
✔ We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with financial institutions.
9. Policy Updates
✔ PIX3LS reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
✔ Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
