1. Introduction
Welcome to PIX3LS! Our community is built on collaboration, respect, and inclusivity. These guidelines exist to ensure a safe, engaging, and positive environment for all members, creators, and brands.
By participating in the PIX3LS Discord, website, social media, and live streams, you agree to follow these rules.
🚨 Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans at our discretion.
 
2. Core Community Values

✔ Collaboration & Growth – We support creators, gamers, and Web3 pioneers of all sizes.
✔ Transparency & Honesty – No misinformation, scams, or dishonest practices.
✔ Fun & Engagement – We’re here to enjoy gaming, Web3, and community building.
 
3. Community Conduct Rules
🚫 Do NOT engage in the following:
A. Hate Speech & Harassment
❌ No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or discrimination.
❌ No personal attacks, bullying, or threats of violence.
❌ No targeted harassment of individuals or groups.
 
B. Spam, Self-Promotion & Scams
✔ You can promote your content, but keep it relevant and not excessive.
❌ No spam, unsolicited DMs, or begging for follows, donations, or promotions.
❌ No scams, phishing links, fake giveaways, or misleading promotions.
 
C. Trolling & Disruptive Behavior
❌ No derailing conversations, excessive spamming, or instigating arguments.
❌ No intentionally misleading, baiting, or provoking other members.
 
D. Privacy & Personal Information
❌ Do not share real-life personal information (yours or others).
❌ Doxxing or threatening to expose private details will result in an immediate ban.
 
E. NSFW & Illegal Content
❌ No sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
❌ Any child exploitation, abuse, or illegal activity will be reported to authorities.
 
4. Guidelines for Creators & Streamers
PIX3LS supports multi-platform creators and encourages collaboration over competition.
✔ Engage, share, and support fellow creators.
✔ Be professional when working with brands and sponsors.
✔ Follow TOS rules for streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, etc.).
❌ Do not impersonate or mislead people about affiliations with PIX3LS.
 
5. Web3 & Crypto Discussions
We welcome discussions on Web3 gaming and blockchain but maintain a scam-free, educational approach.
✔ Keep discussions informative, factual, and free from misleading hype.
✔ DYOR (Do Your Own Research) – No financial or investment advice.
❌ No pump-and-dump schemes, shilling, or excessive promotion of token projects.
 
6. Moderation & Enforcement
🚨 Our moderators have full discretion to warn, mute, or remove users. 🚨
🔹 Strike System:
⚠️ 1st Violation – Verbal warning.
⚠️ 2nd Violation – Temporary mute or timeout.
⛔ 3rd Violation – Ban or permanent removal.

7. Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation of these guidelines, report it to [Dad Mode].
✔ All reports are taken seriously and handled confidentially.
✔ False reports meant to harass others will also be penalized.

8. Updates to Guidelines
✔ These rules may evolve as our community grows.
✔ Updates will be announced in Discord and on our website.
✔ By continuing to participate, you accept the latest guidelines.
